1) In the URL bar of you chosen internet browser, enter this URL:
https://myapps.microsoft.com. Alternatively, if you have an Bionical Emas Pharma laptop go to the second tab that will open in your internet browser
2) Log in using your Bionical Emas username (@BionicalEmas.com) and 18 character password
3) In the top right hand corner of the page, click on your name as shown below
4) From the drop down menu, select the “View Account” option to revel the screen below. From here select “Security Info”
5) When you see the below, select “Delete”
6) You will then need to click on Add Sign-In Method and have a few different options to choose from;
7. If you are resetting security questions, select the option to Security Questions. This will make the question available to be changed as per below
Select a question from the drop down and type in your answer. Repeat this part for each question - example below;
8) Once done select the “save answers” option at the bottom of the page. If you wish to cancel your changes, select the “Back” option.
9) Once you have completed you will see the below screen. Select “Finish” to complete the process. You will be returned to the main Bionical Emas Landing Page
