1. Please start your web browser and navigate from the address bar to “https://myapps.microsoft.com” in your web address bar - alternatively if you have a company laptop you can open your web browser and click on the 2nd tab as shown below highlighted in orange





2. You will now be presented with the portal login page – Enter your username (@BionicalEmas.com) and password to sign-in








If you are already signed in you will be able to click on your name from the list on the right hand side and this will automatically sign-in to your account



3. Once you have signed in you will be presented with following app menu





4. Please select your name in the top right as shown below





5. Select “View account”, you will then be presented with the following screen;





6. Click on Password option



You will need to enter old password (current password before reset) then create your new one in two boxes – as per company policy please ensure this is 18 characters long – the system will present you with the following screen if it does not meet the length or complexity of the password requirements.



7. Once your password has been reset successfully you will see the following screen




8. You should be redirected to the login page, please enter your company email address and new password to sign-in

Please restart your web browser and navigate to https://myapps.microsoft.com to sign-in to your account.
