Office applications may sometimes not log in or constantly pop up for credentials, this is normal when a password change is required. 

 1) Close ALL open applications, including Microsoft Applications


 

2) Open Azure VPN Client and connect in with your current password, following through MFA if prompted

3) Once Connected - Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and select "Change a password"




4) Go through the process by entering your old password and new password in the specified areas.

 

5) disconnect and re-connect back into Azure VPN Client

 

6) Whilst connected to Azure VPN Client, lock your machine using the Windows key + L and then unlock by signing in with the password just created 

 

7) Once confirmed,  please ensure you restart your machine. Programs such as outlook may request your new password in the credential box, this will be your BionicalEmas username (@BionicalEmas.com) and your new password. Please tick “Remember my credentials” if prompted.
