1) Select a new email in outlook.

 


2) Type the users name in the To bar or select them from the address list and then hover over their name, In the bottom right of the contact card which appears  click the downwards facing arrow “open contact card”

 



 

3) Click the Add button, this contact will now be saved into your people tab and synced to all of your devices.

 


4) Click Save at the top of the opened box.
